Introduction
Significantly, the conservation of the ecosystem is essential since the survival of all living
things primarily rely on the ecosystem. The imbalance of the ecosystem presume difficulties of
living and thus the slogan survival for the fittest (Kaiser & Meyer 2016). The imbalance of the
ecosystem is mainly caused by human activities that lead to the pollution of water, air and land.
Certainly, air pollution is the contamination of the air by various harmful substances that include
solid, liquid and gaseous. The substances contain toxins that contaminate the air and eventually
impacts such as global warming turn to be hazardous.
Significantly, the environmental Act of 1997 solidifies the rules and regulation that
govern the essence of clean air for balanced ecosystem. The Act addresses the limitation of
pollutants that cause air pollution and the depletion of ozone layer. Moreover the Act draws
attention on the fossil fuels to be used to limit emissions that facilitate air pollution. Some of the
strategies that the Act adopted to reduce air pollution include classification of air pollutants,
maintaining the accepted levels of emission and ensuring assimilation of technologies that reduce
pollution. The assimilation of eco-friendly sources of energy reduces the level of emission levels
to the universe (Environment ACT & Australian Capital Territory 1997).
The essence for clean air and the need for balance ecosystem impacted to the adoption of
pollution regulation in different European countries, for instance, the great smoke in United
Kingdom led to the Clean Air Act. The Act maintained that petrol locations be displaced to rural
areas. The Act further introduced the application of elevated chimneys to scatter air
pollution(Environment ACT & Australian Capital Territory 1997).

New Zealand adopted the Clean Air Act to control the increasing air pollution in urban
areas. The Act assimilated categorization of air pollutant, ensuring certain levels of emission and
facilitated technology to decrease air pollution. Consequently, the declaration of New Zealand's
National Environmental Standards for Air Quality in 2004 with successiveimprovements has
ensured balanced ecosystem with clean air(Environment ACT & Australian Capital Territory
1997).
The instance of global warming has been reported to be an international concern since its
impacts are heavily felt in different parts of the world, for instance, Idaho. Global warming
results when the ozone layer depleted through human activities that cause air pollution, for
instance, the consumption of fossil fuels that have severe impacts to the air. Considerably, the
depletion of the ozone layer is due to the increase of chemical reactions of various gaseous
pollutants that escalate the percentage of carbon dioxide that is accountable for ozone depletion.
Global warming may have not seemed to be a relevant problem to those living in Idaho in
February (Lazaridis 2011). It was barley sixty degrees and the snow was melting nearly gone,
and then it nearly dumped 4 inches of snow when the day before was record high and smelt like
spring. Well the problem in this equation is that it was February with nearly six weeks of winter
it tasted like summer. Global warming is a problem think about this next time there is people
outside in shorts doing yard work or tilling their garden.
Land water deprivation is caused by two main things, global warming and over
population. As stated before the land is frozen when all the water melts off and finds its way to
the lowest points, the ocean is the lowest point. Now would not one think that since the earth is
getting warmer wont the water evaporate faster just speeding up the water cycle to fill up the
