1 INTRODUCTION
1.1 PURPOSE OF THE PROJECT QUALITY MANAGEMENT PLAN
The quality management plan denotes set of operations or activities along with a cycle of
work for organizing, maintaining, monitoring as well as improvisation of quality of care.

3 PROJECT QUALITY MANAGEMENT

and acting to improve project quality standards. PMI PMBOK (Project
Management Body of Knowledge) breaks the practice of Quality Management into
three process groups: Quality Planning (QP), Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality
Control (QC). The following sections define how this project will apply each of
these practice groups to define, monitor and control quality standards.
3.1 QUALITY PLANNING
E-Health system must cover all the standards that have been given by NICE
(National Institute for Health and Care Excellence). These standards can be
satisfied by reviewing the reviews given by their patients as well as ensuring that
appropriate health services are being delivered to all individuals.

3.1.1 Define Project Quality
The processes as well as activities that are liable for determination of objectives,
responsibilities and policies by which project demands can be satisfied for which it
was carried out is referred to as project quality. The goal of project is to provide
electronic health to their patients.
3.1.2 Measure Project Quality
While planning, flow-charting tool and fishbone diagrams can be utilized for
