This research project aims to identify the importance of increasing motivation among employees in managing and retaining talented employees within UK fashion online retail industry. The investigation will be conducted on Debenhams, a British departmental store. The research will cover the concept of motivation and talent management, the importance of motivation in managing and retaining talented employees, and the ways used by Debenhams for managing and retaining talented employees. The research methodology will include a survey research strategy, quantitative research methodology, and probability sampling. The sample size will be 30 employees from Debenhams.
