Within the organisation “Creativity” and “Change” are two of the primary aspects for the
introduction of the innovation within the business environment. It is the innovation within the
business environment that takes the concerning business firm to a next level. On the other hand,
it is the change that takes place not only within the single business unit but within the each and
every sector along with the various work process of the business environment. It is the changes
and the creativity that results in a more productive business unit. On the other perspective, it is
the change, and creativity that reflects a positive business scenario to work in. It is the change,
and creativity that attracts the interest of the employees.
On the other hand, it is the change and creativity that introduces a different level of
achievement within the organisational hierarchy. Change can take place in terms of
communication such as the use of the universal language that is the English with the
organisational premises as the major proportion of the employees may belong from the different
geographical boundary (Dawson et al., 2014). Changes may also take place in terms of the health
aspect such that employee health benefit scheme is being introduced with the aim to lay
importance upon the health aspects of the employees. On the other hand, it is the employment
health schemes and various other schemes that captures the interest of the employees, and they
feel like they are being given importance.
Moreover, changes may not always result in positive outcome for which there is a need to
evaluate as of whether the changes will bring about a positive change or negative within the
business scenario. Creativity is an act of “Innovation”. However, the change is an act of
“requirement”. The changes are to take place according to the change in time. However, some
employees does not welcome change, they are referred to as the “Introvert” persons. This is a
