objectives. It is very necessary for the growth and success of company that they should focus on
teamwork effectiveness. Teamwork is providing efficiency and effectiveness in organisation
performance level. A company is able to achieve their goals and objectives if they have proper
team work with collaboration.

INTRODUCTION
Organization behavior refers to the study of the way of interaction of people in their groups and
teams. In order to ensure smooth working of an organization(Alagarsamy, Mehrolia, and Aranha,
2020).It is essential to manage organizational behavior in an organization. This is study of
organizational behavior helps an organisation to understand the aspects through which they can
motivate their employees so that their performance can be enhanced and strong relationship can
be established with employees with proper trust. Dhiraagu is an organization which was
registered in Maldives in the year 1988 and start their operations in the same year. The company
with digital services related to the telecommunication and was the first company to be
incorporated as telecommunication or organization in Maldives. This report contains various
leadership styles which can be used in the organisation to put its impact on the motivation of
employees and theory of motivation which is related to these leadership styles. This report also
contains the groups and group behavior which are established within the organizations and
contains several factors which helps the organisation to enhance teamwork effectively.

The current changes in the Dhiraagu
Outbreak of coronavirus in the year 2020 has put an important impact on each and every
business all over the world(Bateman, 2021). It affects the production as well as supply chain
globally which also have its impact on the production of mobile devices and supply of Network
operations. It became difficult for network operators in order to manage their workflow as there
is a high need to maintain and upgrade their infrastructure. All the organizations are closed in the
lockdown situation and some of them operates from houses. Telecommunication organizations
are also adopted the option to provide work from home to their employees so that the
development of their work cannot be stopped. But in the situation of work from home there are
several challenges which are faced by the organisation especially the management of
organizationalbehavior. This changed due to pandemic is the current and most important change
which was faced by the Raghu and the company needs to deal with this effectively. In this tough
