in relation to organization performance and employees well-
being(BhattacharyaNand,Castka,2019). Different people development tools and
techniques. Identifying different factor that can help in manage people in a industry.

there are some tools and techniques that a HR have to use to increase there
productivity and also to provide more to an organization. Employees life balance

improving relationship between between manager and employees while building

If a company want to increase there employees work productivity. They
should start using this tool. They should create new and effective reward system
that will boost the interest of the employees to work and will give you a great

well being of employees is a very important tools that helps an organization

overworked, overwhelmed will not be able to use its full capacity and that will lead to

employees are not getting time for themselves and there working hours are very long
and they are living a very stress full life and they are not getting a good amount rest
and personal time this leads to some serious burnouts and this makes an employees
productivity to go down and if a company doesn't look at this matter and resolve it
quickly then this can be as big problem for the company's human resource. A good
worker is often believe to be a productive worker for an organization. Well-being is

Economical – tour and travel is a major industry in UK and contributes as lot of it in
the countries GDP and due to corona virus it has impacted the sector and also
impacted the economical stability of the country govt has come up with new plans to
boost that industry so that there is growth in economical sector .
Social - social pressure no days is so high that people are no traveling to impress
and increase there popularity on the social media and that has a great impact on the
tourism industry but has a bad impact on the society
Technological – due to increase in the technology people now have conformable
and fast travel then before which is very helpful for tourism industry to grow and
makes people travel more.
Legal – with the new law getting visa is very easy as now not like old day the
process used to take days now just require few hours and because of this now it is
easy for people to take permission and travel so now people start traveling a lot .
Environment– now due to increase in the travel industry this has caused a lot of
pollution and global warming and that leads high heats and natural disaster and
many more ans all of these are not good for the environment.
