encourage learners to show their progress. Inclusive practices are very important for the
individuals because it helps two students to understand about their skills and also helps them
to meeting the course object those they decided by then. There are different kind of inclusive
teacher practices that refers to any kind of approaches that helps them to address the
requirement of the students video variety of the backgrounds and with the learning modalities
and capabilities. This is that a board that will going to focusing on equality and diversity
through the approaches to education and training. Apart from this this report also going to

Equality and diversity, sometimes known as multicultural, is the concept of fostering and
tolerating dissimilarities. Equality refers to making sure that people are treated equitably
regardless of their ethnicity, gender, age, disability, religion, or sexual orientation. Diversity
is about understanding and acceptance of differences in order to generate a welcoming
environment. The philosophy of tolerating and fostering individual cultures is known as
quality and variety, or multicultural. When it comes to supporting equality, the main goal is
to create performance and improve that everyone is treated equally and fairly. This applies to
people of all ages, genders, religions, disabilities, sexual orientations, and races. The goal is
to establish an inclusive classroom atmosphere, one that is free of bias and where children
can thrive. Personal differences and qualities that make distinct appearance rather than
distinct are highlighted while teaching and promoting issues of diversity. There are different
kind of Strategies and principles that are very important for me as a teacher to follow in order
to create safe and warm and Also create that environment which is very helpful for the
students so that they can become capable to get in grab more opportunities. There are
different kind of principles that are required by the individual to follow.
 All students are required to have equal regardless of their religious and about their
race, gender and gender identity. Although it is very essential and important principles

that helps me to teach my students that all the students in the classroom are required
to provide it with the same opportunities and outcomes as others in order to improve
their positivity.
 It is also very important for the teachers as well as for me to recognised and valued
because diversity is a strength. There are different kind of differences that can be
associated to the gender, feet, disability or any kind of sexual orientation. According
to me diversity is a kind of strength that should be celebrated and respected by every
students and teachers.
 It is also very important for me to maintain positive connections and attitudes among
the schools that are forced to throughout the schools. Students, staff and visitors will
get opportunity if I am become capable to actively promote mutual respect and
positive attitudes among the communities and among the group that differ from one
another.
Challenging negative attitude between the students and avoid stereotypes kind of
activities in the curricular resources and in the examples. Apart from this it is also very
important for the teachers to set appropriate rules which are associated to the students that
how to students behave in the class and how the people treat everyone. Furthermore, it is
also very important for me as well as for every student and for the staff to treat every
students and staff equally and fairly and create all kind of inclusive environment for the
students and for the staff. Apart from this actively using different kind of resources that
have different kind of multicultural themes and vote in the appropriate manner so that
they can become capable to promote multiculturalism in lesson and create different kind
of lessons that reflect and that promote diversity in the classroom by using a variety of the
assessment method. Further more, there are different kind of activities that will going to
help me to promote equality and diversity in the class. It is very important for the teacher
is to provide different kind of resources that engage diverse images of an individual select
any kind of books, videos in any kind of activities for the students are required to English
people from range of backgrounds or any kind of individuals that have disability. This
activity will going to support That these kind of differences are perfectly normal and
these kind of reinforces our negative activities which are prevalent in a society. From this
it is also very important for the teachers to teach their students about the languages like
Spanish, Russian, Arabic, Chinese so that they can become capable to raise awareness of
the different kind of languages around the globe. If in the classroom there are any kind of

bilingual students in the class so it will help them to understand the language. Apart from
this it is also helps me to discuss the different kind of advantages that are speaking more
than one language helps us to provide different kind of opportunities and world most
popular languages. Apart from this, it is also very essential to promote healthy discussion
and debate through the contemporary issue in order to determine the students views and
opinions and about the understanding of different situations.
Explain why it is important to identify and meet the individual learning needs
It is very important for the students in for the teachers to identify and meet individual
learning requirement so that they can become capable to boost their morale and motivate
them. There are a few kind of cases that the learners does not gain so much kind of
instructions so it is very important for the teachers to provide individually prescribed
instructions that will going to helps different kind of learners to understand and grab more
educational concepts. Every student as well as every teachers believe and analyse that all the
learners are required to have equal kind of orbs and future aspirations from their learning. On
the other hand the teachers are required to know that they will going to meet the learners with
different kind of dynamics during that teacher career and the main differences is that there are
some students that will learn fast another will be slower. So it is very important for them to
identify and meet the needs of every learner without discrimination. There are following
reasons that will help them to analyse that what are the importance of the learner requirement
in order to identify and meet the requirements when teaching.
Achieving quality: In the classroom there are different kind of children that have different
kind of behaviour, emotional, social and other challenges that may limit the learning
capabilities. Therefore it is very essential for the teachers to become capable to analyse the
weaknesses of these children so that they can work on it and applies and evaluate different
kind of problems in order to overcome them. It will help them to provide opportunity to the
learner so that the learners become capable to acquire education without any kind of videos.
This will help them to ensure that the challenges and a Barrier that is facing by the learners
do not feel left out or discriminated from the rest.
Developing talents: The requirement in the classroom I’m not always negative. Learners,
especially the young ones learners are usually under going to the procedure of understanding

about the skills and capabilities. The teachers however they’re experiencing more kind of
problems in their experience enough to tell that there is kind of learners that has a particular
skills are telling that will going to support them to grab more opportunities. In this case, skills
and talents become very required because they require nurturing to develop and enhanced.
That is why when the teachers identify analyse the problems and the talents of the individual
they also provide essential support in order to develop them. That will help the learners to
discover how to download their talents and how to grow them.
Creating more interest: Identifying and analysing the individual requirement boost the
morale of the individual and also motivate them. There are a few kind of cases in that the
learners does not gain so much from teachers instructions and when the teachers provide
individually prescribed instruction will going to support different kind of learner so that they
can become capable to understand and grasp Different kind of educational concept. This will
apply is more to subjects like mathematics and art. If the students in the classroom feel
supported by their tutor they develop different kind of strategies instead of losing interest in
the learning.
Planning classroom activities: planning classroom activities will go to support the
individual to fulfil the postal department of the learners so that they can become capable to
easily plan the day by day activities so that they can provide all the opportunities to all of
them. For instance the teachers become capable to identify that how to plan an appropriate
timetable for counselling and for the individual So that they can download a requirement of
the Pacific students by the end of the day and every learners become capable to meet with the
requirements.
Organising the classroom: As a teacher it is very important for the teachers as for me to
organise different kind of activities in classroom by identifying the characteristics of every
learners. The learners that required more personal instructions help us to identify their nature
so that we can provide different kind of helpful activity so that they can become capable to
achieve their goals and objectives. If in the classroom the student has a different kind of
difficulties then the teachers are required to communicate them and set them closer so that
they can solve their difficulties. Apart from this it is also very important for the teachers to
identify the requirement of the learners that their availability of supplementary materials are
available or the accessibility of equipment and supplies and sitting arrangements are
appropriate manner or not. This will help them to allow them to devote their energies beyond

regular teaching into an official manner so that they can motivate and encourage the students.
This will help the students to feel motivated, supported empowered and the blood because
optimum learning conditions are created in the classroom
As a tutor I have a responsibility to ensure that every lesson with your plan by me is
deliver in an inclusive minor and meet the requirements of the individual. Every he’s right to
grab appropriate information and high-quality learning in an appropriate manner in order to
achieve the requirements and circumstances in a safe and healthy environment. The first step
to accomplish gaols and objectives that the learners have. All learners are different in concept
of their achievement, capabilities in learning styles as well as different kind of attitudes. The
teacher’s hair is to consider a different kind of level of knowledge and skill development. I
believe that if the learners are become capable to achieve their maximum potential than it is
very essential for us to provide the learners with equal opportunities. It is my responsibility as
a tutor to analyse this requirement before the class starts in order to prevent the learners from
the feelings of word or any kind of isolated. Apart from this it is also very important for me
as a tutor that I have to implement at the sensation of strategy that will going to meet with the
requirement of my learners. In order to ensure that the optimal learning is taking place
equally that will going to help us to provide different kind of opportunities to the students.
Unlike the old teaching approaches it is very important for me to adapt to new ways to assist
to my learners. The utilisation of different kind of resources and strategies that will going to
support learners with their specific needs and support them to achieve the success. In
conclusion all people is a different and it is very essential for me to consider different kind of
learning objectives in the schemes of work and lesson plans so that I can become capable to
provide different kind of help and opportunities to my learners.

Before beginning a new course of study, each student must complete an original
estimate. I consider it is critical for the instructor to ensure that the student is on the right
track and may be assisted with any special learning requirements they may get during
program. Before students started a course, they should indeed be evaluated to ensure they are
on the appropriate track. The initial evaluation would provide data to the teacher about the
learner's present information and expertise, as well as a starting place for learning to trade. It's

vital to keep in mind that first assessments differ depending on the sort of programme of
study being offered. . The first section of the introductory examination for the program I
teach focuses on two key areas: math and English training and skill assessments. The
provisional licence previous school success can be measured in 2 steps to ensure that they
meet the program entrance requirements for each section. Learners must have a mark of C or
better in GCSE Maths and English; otherwise, they will be required to take a new course,
which will be integrated into their curriculum. In the third phase, an enrolment conversation
is performed to assess motivation, attitude, organisational skills, and literacy abilities. It's also
feasible to look at the driver's license's individual learning needs or barriers, educational
needs, and goals. This could also lead to the creation of an inclusive learning environment
that is universally agreed upon. The diagnosing evaluation is conducted after the initial
assessment. It's being utilised to draw attention to key places where the student might need
more help. My kids have access to the site that accurately identifies areas and they need to
develop. A kid may struggle in Math, for example, and the diagnostics examination may
indicate a difficulty with percentages. Understanding a student's strengths and limitations
might help determine what goals and objectives the student is capable of achieving.
CONCLUSION

very important for the tutor to identify requirement of students. Apart from this, Formative
assessments evaluations are vital for determining a requirements of the students and they
enable the students and instructor to agree on setting targets and design unique learning plans
