Formal Evaluation
As per this test student were well aware of the practice session that was provided by me and they
have gained most of knowledge that is delivered by me. It can be said that over all it was a food
inclusive practice session (Wolfram, 2016).

The information that was relate to the day to day classroom practices were also good as
per the evaluation but there some changes need to be made in order to develop better
presentation.
Peers Evaluation
I was provide with the merit marks and reviews of tutors and evaluator were positive for
my practice session. Some negative marks consider in the peer review for less eye contact
with students.
Self evaluation
As per the self-evaluation process I have crosschecked all the kills that are need to be
assess in the practice session. Most of the skills that are requirements are for inclusive practice
are present in my session (Schindel, and et.al., 2017). But this can be more improved by
attending more sessions on regular basis.

Working on continuous professional development is very useful in gaining wider
perspective, experience and knowledge which in turn helps in carrying out effectively inclusive
practice sessions (McLellan, Caldwell. and Lieberman, 2016). This will help individual in
developing skills both formally and informally. It is very useful in delivering professional service
and impart knowledge to the students for inclusive practice sessions. Working alongside a
specialist is considered to be an effective opportunity for an individual which in turn helps in
developing more skills linked with inclusive learning practice session (DeCenzo, Robbins, and
Verhulst, 2016). Visiting to various other organisation helps in gaining wide perspective on
delivering inclusive learning session to the students which helps in developing a set of skills and
knowledge. Observation is also considered to be one of the factor which helps in developing the
practice associated with the inclusive practice session. Working with others who are of different
mind set, culture and belief helps in effectively developing my own practice which leads to
higher development of skills and knowledge associated with the inclusive learning practice.
Developing skills, abilities and learning modality helps each student feel equally valued which
