managing their procedure and operations to achieve desired goals and objectives. This report also
help in understanding how upper level managers in an organization help in maintaining
effectiveness and efficiency in organization. This report includes information about different
organizational practices which assist in maximizing productivity and profitability of
organization. This report indeed focuses on different aspects of an organization which can help
in maintaining outcomes of organization and this report also help in understanding different
organizational structure and different managerial style in an organization which help in achieving
goals and objectives while ensuring efficiency of organization. This report also helps in
achieving organizational effectiveness and this report also help in understanding leadership style
of an organization. This report is based on organization Asos plc which is an organization which
is based on fashion materials as it focuses on selling fashion products as well as cosmetic
products. Asos plc is based in London, UK. Asos plc was founded in year 2000 and it focuses
mainly on young adults to boost their profits. Asos plc also owns various ranges of products
which it ships to 196 different countries and it also sell 850 different brands across the globe.

Understanding managerial style of CEO by the help of Henry Mintzberg’s managerial
roles
An owner's organizational culture refers to how they go about achieving their objectives. This
method that leader prepares, organizes, calls the shots, delegated, then managed the workforce is
referred to as managerial style. For efficiently steer respective firms towards accomplishing
overall business mission and goals, Chief Executive Officers or CEOs need great leadership
skills. So each CEO takes the lead inside their own managerial style. Based on the circumstances
and business, certain CEO management styles seem to be more successful than in others. This
part focuses on the managerial style of Asos plc CEO and how it help Asos plc in achieving
goals and objectives. Henry Mintzberg, a business guru & scholar, observed this now and
proposed ten basic responsibilities or behaviors that might be used to categorize a supervisor's

many responsibilities. There are ten roles mentioned in Henry Mintzberg managerial style which
is mentioned below:

Figurehead – One possess ethical, religious, plus contractual obligations as just a director. It's
required to see that CEO should be a motivating factor. People look to him because CEO is such
a leader and a symbol.
Leader – Here is where CEO manages the group, division, or possibly the overall company, and
also where CEO supervises the activities and duties of others in the organization.
Liaison - Internally and externally relationships should be communicated with by leaders. One
must be able to efficiently communicate on behalf of the corporation.
Monitor – Throughout this position, CEO search forth information regarding the company or
sector on something like a constant schedule, searching for important environmental changes.
CEO also keeps an eye on the team efficiency as well as its overall health.
