5.1 Analyse the effectiveness of own practice in relation to one-to-one teaching and learning
situations
The individual needs of learners are fulfilled by one to one teaching. There is need of
analysing the learning situation that take place in the classroom and then provide them lessons. I
have analysed that I use VARK model in order to know about the students and their learning
preferences. This makes them learn in effective manner. There are different capabilities of the
students that make them learn in positive manner (Saykili, 2018)(Grimaldi and Ball, 2021). I
always use activities in order to engage all the students in the class. There is key role of engaging
the student and this makes them effective to develop themselves.
There is need of providing best to the students so that they are able to learn properly. It is
effective mode on teaching and focuses on individual learners. It is different from the traditional
classroom and involves supportive environment for the students. Along with that, there is proper
management in one to one teaching so that all the goals and objectives of teaching are attained.
There is less pressure on the student are they are able to communicate every important aspect
with the teachers. The changes in the situation takes place on regular basis so that the use of
proper communication is important. This makes all the students of my class to learn and develop
themselves. I also update my own self for the purpose of enhancing the learning criteria of the
students and provide them best knowledge.
5.2 Identify own strengths and areas for improvement in relation to one-to-one teaching and

I have strengths that help me to teach the students in effective manner. Everyone has their
own experience of teaching and I am passionate about the same. This passion makes me

own selves. The students some time get demotivated and this is the reason they are not able to
learn effectively. But I am able to analyse their requirements and motivate them. I have good
understanding skills that make me know about the problem of the students and help them to

CONCLUSION
From the above report, it has been concluded that there is need of coaching and mentoring
plays a major role in learning of the students. It is important to set the strategies that will teach
the individual learners. The responsibilities of coach, mentor and teacher along with their
