Part 1 - Introduction
A Executive summary
This proposal is prepared based on an imaginary business setup for a fast food restaurant. It has
been in news that Perth is going crazy for burgers after introducing several national and
international brands. Hence, the paper has introduced Burger space that has international quality
at local prices. The paper includes 4Ps of the product; the product will be burgers and
customized hamburgers that will be sold on price of $5 on an average in Perth, Australia. To
target huge customer base, digital marketing will be considered as a key promotional strategy.
The Unique selling proposition of our product will be to launch a self service kiosk within the
store where people can order through the kiosk and get the order fulfilled in couple of minutes.
The five forces of industry have been included to evaluate the competition. Target market of the
restaurant will be individuals and teenagers between the ages of 15-35. I have decided to target
commuters and college students who are occupied with lot of work and looking for quick
delivery of spicy yet quality food. On evaluating the operations of the restaurant, organizational
structure have been prepared by taking personnel needs into consideration. The financial aspect
has also been discussed and calculations have been added at the end of the study based on certain
assumptions. Moreover, it is profoundly prescribed for the Burger Space to conquer all the
inadequacies to develop its business using new plasn and key choices of expansion.
