CONCLUSION AND RECOMMENDATIONS
Conclusion
From the above mentioned research it can be concluded that employee performance
appraisal is one of the important activity that used by company in making employees more
productive. By this company attain competitive growth at market place by motivating workers
towards the job roles and responsibilities. In addition of this, there are some important methods
such as MBO, and 360 degree feedback and many more. All these can be effective for improving
employees performance. Apart from this, performance appraisal is also beneficial in encouraging
employees towards the job roles and at the same time also analysis the requirements of training
and development programs. This will directly contributes in developing workforce more strong
and able to accomplishing their set targets. Furthermore, some challenges like lack of employee
involvement, appraiser Bias, employee resistance and so on that arise at the time of performance
appraisal that negatively impact over the employees performance. Thus it is important for
manager of company to use appropriate ways like proper training, development activities to
improve workers performance at working area. This will directly contribute in establishing
competitive image of company keeping employees more productive. Furthermore, it has been
concluded that, this research is also beneficial for investigator in determining the issues that thy
address in future research. Thus, it is crucial for researcher to effectively analyse all the aspects
given in research project so that they can easily improve the possibilities of addressing all the
objectives and issues as well. Apart from this, it has been concluded that employee’s
performance appraisal is significant that support in retaining workers within the company for
longer period of time that positively impact in reducing employee turnover. For attaining the
same, firm also focus on employee’s behaviour and their performance because they are appraised
on the basis of their performance only. This is the reason that workers also give their best efforts
at workplace so that they easily attain their targets in stipulated period of time. If employees are
not get appropriate appraisal then they become demotivated towards their job roles. Thus, it is
crucial for company providing better benefits to employees so that they feel their importance and
value within the company and give their best efforts to accomplishing their targets without any
kind of issues and obstacles.

I feel glad that I got opportunity to undertake investigation that is based on impact of
employee performance appraisal on food and beverage sector. At the time of performing research
activities I become able to improve my skills and understanding about effectiveness of
performance appraisal and its benefits for business organisation. In addition of this, I also know
about different methods that used by researcher within the research to gather relevant data and
information in an effective manner. Under this study, I used primary and secondary methods that
support me in gathering detailed and accurate data on the basis of research topic. In this, primary
source support me in preparing questionnaire because the provided time is limited. By using
questionnaire I can easily understand view point of different people about the particular topic and
theme as well. Furthermore, I also adopt sampling method to select a sampling size from the
larger population. In this, I choose probabilistic sampling techniques that support in reducing any
kind of bias behaviour at the time of selecting sample size. On the other side, secondary
information is also collected through online sources such as articles that provide updated and
detailed information on the basis of particular research topic. With the assistance of this, I can
easily take right and valid decision that make research project more successful. Furthermore, this
