Abstract
The following assignment is a proposal based on the problems and issues related to the
operations of Crest Cleaning private Limited of New Zealand. The assignment starts with a solid
introductory part with a thorough internal and external analysis and then takes the help of 5
different articles related to the subject. The methodology part of the assignment has provided a
proper picture of the methods to be used in the construction of the research and has also provided
the ethics to be used in the research. The appendix section at the last part of the following
assignment provides few statistics regarding the cleaning industry.
