INTRODUCTION
Health and social care is one of the vital terms that is associated with services that are
available to social care providers. It seems to be common term that is used to considered as
whole of healthcare facility such as infrastructure, public and private sectors. The work of health

make use of entire organisational structure in proper manner so that effective communication can
be done among each department. There are various types of organisational structures associated
with health and social care facilities are given below:
The Frontline: It is associated with nurse practitioners and physical therapists which is
normally organize of care givers of health and social services facilities. These are highly
trained persons that are directly working with each patient and serving as cooperation

performance of an individual as well as staff’s member of the VSO organisation. It is

can also provide a well nurture culture in an organisation is a tough task. There are various
requirements for having a specific mission that is taken into account as strong as well as defined
sense of aims for analysing the behaviour aspects. The emotional attachment used to develop a
community that targets on particular objectives of VSO. Some importance to possess a wide
sense of association that is design in constructive ways. Coordination of efforts is facilitated
through using a teamwork as well as for developing appropriate consensus within the members

departments. Each staffs bring a different set of personal ability and variety decision making. A
strong culture will basically attract the people to make their faith in VSO. Delivery appropriate
