INTRODUCTIONInformal meetings are those which are far less heavily planned and regulated than formalbusiness meetings (What is an informal meeting?,2013). There is no specific thing and featurefollowed by these type of meetings. They can be held at restaurant with casual treatment to eachother. Informal meeting provides an opportunity for every individual to share their ideas withoutany restriction with more ease and comfort. This report is based on Apply Sydney wherecompany sell out only the products of Apple. They are going to organise a face to face meetingat their near coffee shop for organising an office party for all colleagues in relation to make theirinteraction more appropriate and resolve issues between them as well. TASK 1Apply Sydney is using the face to face format for meeting in which they are going tointeract with every individual which are related with that. Managers and authority take activeparticipation in this aspect so that they can do all things in an appropriate manner. Face to facemeeting will support them to raise such issues and problems which made impact on businessvery badly. Thus, face to face interaction of manager and authority will lead to make thismeeting successful by accomplishing its objectives properly. TASK 2Topic selection is an important task which has to be done in an appropriate manner(Dabbagh and Kitsantas, 2012). This will support in performing and set objectives according tothe time frame. Managers and authority of Apply Sydney identifies that from last few weeks,some major issues are taking place in between their staff members. These problems also affecttheir sales and growth as well. Thus, management wants to inaugurate the party in which allemployees will come together and resolve issues in between each one of them. It enables inmaking success of their store as well as support in their growth. TASK 3Meeting has to get arranged in a proper manner which includes venue and otherimportant things.
