 Social Disconnect- People nowadays are engaged in communicating more via digital
communication and they have started ignoring the real-life contact. This has led to the
feeling of isolation and disconnect.

easy for the individuals to hide their identities. Stalking, threatening, trolling all these
have dramatic increase with the use of internet in today's scenario. There are more
chances of phishing and frauds since the internet banking has been introduced.
 Over dependency on electronic gadgets- With the increasing impact of digital
infrastructure people are more relied on computers, mobile phones. This can cause
trouble to the people if they lose these gadgets then it can cause them trouble.

1. Risk involved if Employees have no experience: In every organization if IT
department is no experience of their job then it will be the chances of risk happen into
the company. If an organization hire new candidate with the reference of internal staff
members then they can organize interview for them. But this technique only work when
the company check the level of experience of the new candidates.
2. Losing of power: If an organization send its IT information system for the running and
growth of the business to another company, then the organization lose its control for
running the functions of information system. When the seller receive the outsourcing
information system and place it into a fine position if the client has to receive everything
the seller does, and also receive the seller fees. If the seller have the only choice for the
organization to running and developing its information system. They must receive any
