Introduction
The main essence of this project is the development of an Electronic Healthcare System
for Bethesda Hospital. The features of this system includes an online database in which various
data like patient data, doctor data and others can be stored. Patients can have their own profiles
and the doctors can post diagnosis reports, prescriptions and other documents to the profiles of
the patients.
In this report, a project plan has been created for the purpose of developing an electronic
healthcare system for Bethesda Hospital that will help to manage the records of the patients
coming to the hospital with great efficiency and automation.
Project Scope
The primary scope of the project is the development of the electronic healthcare system
for Bethesda Hospital. The scope of the project includes the following requirements:
 Central server installation
 Cloud subscription
 Data migration
 Database development
 EHS package integration
