with or without involvement of human agents(January and Murray, 2014. ). Each year in the UK
there are many events that occurs such as musical events, charitable event etc. The most well—
known events is the musical events that takes place in London. In this report being the event
designer of the musical festival and new event that is wireless musical festival in London will be
planned.
The scope and background of the wireless music festivals will be discussed in this report.
This report will also set the objectives for this event. The activities that will be there in this event
and its environment design, theme design etc will also be discussed in this report.
Background and scope of event
Background
The process of creation, conceptual development and staging of an event by making
using of principle and techniques of events is known as events design. The positive and
meaningful experience to the customers is being given by the event design. The role of event
designer in this event design is to coordinate, plan, organize the event. All the logistics of an
event from transportation and catering to venue and decor is being managed by event designer.
In order to make the events successful the even designing will link the objective and
vision with the event themes which is incredibly important. For the wireless musical event that
will be taking place in London the wow factor will be provided by the event designing. The
planning of all the activities that will be there in this event will be done from before. So, in a way
