INTRODUCTIONAn event usually takes place at a determinable time and place. The events mainly occurwith or without involvement of human agents(January and Murray, 2014. ). Each year in the UKthere are many events that occurs such as musical events, charitable event etc. The most well—known events is the musical events that takes place in London. In this report being the eventdesigner of the musical festival and new event that is wireless musical festival in London will beplanned.The scope and background of the wireless music festivals will be discussed in this report.This report will also set the objectives for this event. The activities that will be there in this eventand its environment design, theme design etc will also be discussed in this report.Background and scope of eventBackground The process of creation, conceptual development and staging of an event by makingusing of principle and techniques of events is known as events design. The positive andmeaningful experience to the customers is being given by the event design. The role of eventdesigner in this event design is to coordinate, plan, organize the event. All the logistics of anevent from transportation and catering to venue and decor is being managed by event designer.In order to make the events successful the even designing will link the objective andvision with the event themes which is incredibly important. For the wireless musical event thatwill be taking place in London the wow factor will be provided by the event designing. Theplanning of all the activities that will be there in this event will be done from before. So, in a wayfor the success of any event an important role is being played by the event designing. The betterexperience to the customers will be given through event designing and the catering , environmentetc will be managed by the event designer. The industry of vents is a huge industry as there aremultiple shows and event that a re taking place on a regular basis. The musical festival are likedby most of the pole who are staying over there and also tourist from across the globe visitespecially for the event that is held at London (Kim and Feamster, 2013).Scope The wireless musical event will be hosted in London in which pop dance and urbanDance festival will be hosted. In this event the popular names such as Drake, Rihanna and manyothers have being host. At Finsbury Park Endymion Road London N4 UK this event will be held1
and the audience who will be attending this event will be given all sort of entertainment that theyare looking for. This wireless musical event will be held at 15th April 2018.In this musical eventthe audience will be able to meet their favourite celebrities such as Simon Cowell and Chase asthe show will be hosted by them. Both online and offline mode will be sued in order to sell outthe tickets of this musical event. By keeping in mind the target audiences the catering menu and planningprocess will be designed. The research will be done by event designers before setting the menufor this event. They will find out the needs, wants of the target audiences by making use of socialmedia sites, interest etc and based on that catering menu will be discussed. Also, the budget willalso be kept in mind while making the catering design. In the catering designing the quality ofthe food will be good and also various Italian ,Mexican etc will be there as from across the globethe audiences may come to be the part of this musical event. The various energy drinks will alsobe there in the catering menu to provide them with some energy if they get tired in this wirelessmusical event (January and Murray, 2014. ).
