INTRODUCTION
International business communication refers to the communication practice which occurs
across the borders at international level. The main requirement of international communication
was due to enhancing level of effects and influences the globalisation. In the present report ,
Margot Bakery is taken into consideration. It is the bakery which was opened in the year of 2016
which is a East Finchley-based bakery that uses the organic, free range eggs for its baking
purpose. They also uses fair trade sugar and organic flour for ethical cakes and chocolate(Ali and
et.al., 2021). (Carradini., 2020). (Kalogiannidis and Papaevangelou., 2020).The bakery has
moved their own production to another location which is named as Belarus. The present report
cover discussion about the application of theories of international and intercultural
communication. In addition to this, the report will cover analysis about the cultural sensitivity
when doing business into the Armenia country and also about the importance of networking.
Moreover, the report will cover discussion about the different communication barriers
experienced by the foreign business into the Armenia country.
MAIN BODY
Brief introduction of Belarus country
Belarus is basically the land locked country which is in the Eastern Europe which is
bordered by Russia to the north east and east, Ukraine to the South, Latvia and Lithuania to the
north west and Poland to the West. It covers an areas of around 207,600 square kms and also
have population of around 9.2 million. Within the Europe, Belarus is the thirteenth largest and
20th most popular country and it is divided administratively into seven regions. From its history
point of view, it was the smallest of the three Slavic republics which is included in the Soviet
Union and it also shares the distinct ethnic language and identity which has not previously
enjoyed political sovereignty (Małys and Fonfara., 2018).Belarus is the last country in Europe
which has been run by a dictator and also known for its potatoes, tractors as well. It is the
country which has the lowest unemployment rate in Europe where the predominant language is
the Russian and not Belarusian.
Belarus is the country which has about forty percent which is forested and also one of the
largest remaining part of the immense primeval forest which once stretched across the European
Plain.

Belarus is the country which lies between the latitudes of 51 degree and 57 degree N and
longitudes 23 degree and 33 degree E. The country basically lies within two ecoregions Sarma
tic mixed forests and Central European mixed forests. There are three major rivers which has
been run through the country: the Neman, the Pripyat and the Dnieper. There are many streams
and eleven thousand lakes which has been found in Belarus (Reshetnikova and Magomedov.,
2018). From the Governance point of view, Belarus is a presidential republic with separation of
powers which has been governed by the National Assembly and the president. It has been
observed that Belarus and Russia have been close trading partners and diplomatic allies since the
break up of the Soviet Union. From the business point of view, Belarus is dependent on Russia
for imports of raw materials and for its export market as well.
Application of theories of intercultural and international communication to the selected
country( Samovar, Hofstede, Jandt etc.)
Intercultural communication refers to people of one culture try to know the cultural
information which has been conveyed b them through other cultures. The theory of international
and intercultural plays a very significant role and also support in terms of communities at
international level. For developing the effective relationship, it is also one of the interracial
groups in order to cooperate with each other. For developing the deeper understanding about the
intercultural and international communication of Belarus is “Hofstede cultural dimension
theory”.
Hofstede's Cultural Dimension Theory: In the context of cultural theory, it is a model
that supports into context of deeper understanding about the differences in culture across the
countries for the purpose to recognise and also identify different methods through which the
organisation can carry out its operation in dissimilar cultures(Santos and et.al., 2021). With
support of this dimension, it help into the context of deeper understanding about the culture of an
organisation and understand the best practices which could support the company into context of
level of expansion. Apart from this, it is the framework which gives permission to the
organisation into context of having proper understanding of their customers and requirements as
well.
