INTRODUCTION
E-business is a term which is used by most of the enterprise for commercial transactions
which includes sharing of data and information across national boundaries with the use of
internet. Basically internet is used by small and large organization for online processing to
execute their task in a minimum time period. This report is going to classified into four different
parts to explain the usage of online services and websites for completing particular transaction of
a different companies (Aderonke, 2010). This report is about one of famous organization named
as Booho.com providing online service founded in 2006 is developing rapidly at international
level. Therefore new customers are added day by day due to their instant response as well as
attractive overview. In additional, report is going to describe the types of online business
transaction and their barriers or benefits for Booho.com. Apart from this, it also shows the
effective methods of interaction with the use of different technologies of internet and intranets.
At last internet and e-business plays a major role in establishing a successful business with their
impressive methods.

1.1 Environment of e-business and transaction types
Internet is an appropriate method of performing commercial activities in a fastest way by
satisfying millions of customers across national boundaries (Bélanger, 2011). E-business is very
much affected by micro and macro environment in every aspect due to their broad concept with
complex nature. Surrounding of an internet business is describes with the help of PESTLE
analysis is stated below :-
'P' (Political) :- Governing bodies plays a very eminent role in a commercial transaction
by implementing various rules and regulation. Therefore they prepare budget, taxation,
expenditure for overall industry(Amit, 2011).
'E' (Economic):- It describes establishment of more and more companies for developing
overall economy of a nation. With the commencement of successful enterprise like

'S' (Social) :- Consumers are utmost priority for every enterprise and a cited company
believes in introducing facilities to serve their customers in a best manner.

overall society with the help of web systems. Consumer to consumer :- On the basis of this transaction different individuals can resell
their products to different customer due to any personal reasons by using same website. Consumer to business :- According to this technique, Booho.com appoint candidates to
handle their enterprise activities by paying them (Bryman, 2015).
Business to government :- Governing bodies helps companies in passing relevant
information like auctions, taxation etc.

different manner due to their broad concept with various facilities are stated below :-
