Introduction
• The aim of the report was to understand the
importance of Interpersonal Communication. The
First steps towards it were providing the definition of
IC and then elaborate its importance.
• The report then defined persuasion and explained its
importance as well. It further explained the art of
practicing persuasion.

Defining Interpersonal communication
• Interpersonal communication is a form of
communication involving two individuals.
• It is a face-to-face communication
• It could be either verbal or non-verbal
• The elements of IC include the sender,
message, channel, noise, receiver and
feedback
• Noise could be technical as well as
psychological
• Psychological noise include the difference in
cultural or social backgrounds
