INTRODUCTION
Business management is a process of controlling, managing the operations of the business
with the effective planning. Business management is mainly concerned to achieve the goals fro
generating income and the profitability (WHAT IS BUSINESS MANAGEMENT?, 2021). This
report is focused on the importance of the communication used by the wheelie and the policy is
made for the use of IT.

Aim
Business communication is important in the organization as it helps to enhances the
morale and the relations in the organization that helps the organization tp achieve theor goals
effectively, it helps to improve the managerial efficiency as well.
The aim of the business communication is to-
To exchange information
The main aim of the business communication is to share and exchange the important
information within and outside the organization.
Facilitating the formation of the policies
Policies are the guideline to the organizational activities that are to be performed and for
the formation of the policies the relevant information are to be required and for the effective
communication is necessary to build the policies.
To coordinate
Coordination is a key function for the management. For the effective flow of work in the
organization where all the departments are linked to achieve the targets the coordination is
required with the effective flow of communication (Dwyer, and Hopwood, 2019.).
Communication process
Sender
Sender is a person who wants to convey the message or idea with the initiates by doing
the conversation.
Encoding

With the process by which the sender is sending the message verbally or non verbally
with the use of his skills, knowledge etc.
Message
After the encoding process the message that is to be conveyed is get to the sender.
Communication channel
The medium through which message is conveyed to the receiver by the sender is to be
choose.
Receiver
Receiver is the person to whom the message is to be conveyed by the sender.
Decoding
In this process the receiver receives the message and tries to understand the message that
sender is send to him.
Feedback
It is a final step where the receiver decodes the message and interprets it correctly as it is
meant by the sender.
Barriers to the sender and the receiver
Barriers faced by the sender are with the badly expressed to the message, semantic issues,
unable in the transmitting of the proper message.
Barriers faced by the receiver are less attention in listening, poor retention, conglicting
information.
Overcome Barriers by the sender
Effective planning and clear ideas
To communicate the message or idea it is necessary to plan and clarifying the idea
effectively in the mind and then it is to be communicated.
Different perception
Before communication the message is formed in a way that can be understood by the
receiver in the same way as they have different perception, views and the experiences (Borhani,
and et.al., 2017).
Different language
To overcome the language differences the technical terms are to be avoided and the
simple and direct language is to be used.
