been modified with in order to give better services to their customers. Its aim and objectives for
enhancing the performance of an organization so that it moves in forward direction. Impact and
significance of new products in an organization is also mentioned in this report.

1930 by Josef Schwarz but it was not a big hit due to war and was destroyed in 1944. Later after
some years it was re-launched by Dieter Schwarz, mainly focused on making this a whole sale
