INTRODUCTIONPersonal and professional development refers to goals, strategies and plans as well aspolicies which are made by company's managers for the development of organisation. Personaldevelopment helps in enhancing the skills and knowledge of an employee which are necessaryfor the business development. The self-management learning’s main objective is to identifydifferent techniques and technologies that create a long lasting effect on the professional work ofan individual. Premier Inn is the largest hotel which is situated in United Kingdom. It has morethan approx. 65,000 rooms and 700 hotels. The hotel was found by Whitbread in 1987 and it isoperated in many other cities (Avalos, 2011). The Premier Inn hotel purchased 11 other bigbrand hotels in England and Wales. The purpose of this report is to analyse different learning approach and also, identifydevelopment process which directly impact on the profit volume and its benefits. The basicobjective of learning approaches is to evaluate the strategies which help to analyse the plans thatexamine personal and professional development. Study of this report is important to examinethe opportunities of both development. TASK 11.1 Different learning styles of personal and professional developmentAn individual could learn and acquire knowledge from various techniques and equipmentwhich help to identify the research project which gives to the students and they needs current andpast data information to analyse the learning style . There are many other ways which evaluateonline learning and identify different strategies that plan to achieve the goals and objectives. Thelifelong learning motivates and encourages the person and help to develop the self-educationwhich creates direct impact. There are some ways which are helpful to the Premier Inn:Visionary Approach- The visionary approach is based on long term vision andindividual has to make plans in advance that gives accurate direction.Strategic approach- Strategic approach helps to develop plans to an individual then theytry to deal with all problems in an effective manner.Conference and seminars- An individual can learn skills and get some knowledge byattending seminars (Kenner and Weinerman, 2011). It is an effective technique that helpsto earn knowledge and share the skills and learning by communicating with others.1
