INTRODUCTIONProject management is linked with planning, organising, controlling the working of theoverall team so they will achieve all goals and objectives of business in desired time frames.Projects are temporary by nature and they are designed in order to develop a unique product inorder to satisfy customers and the products developed are always value added. Managers at workplaces are mainly focused about developing technical skills and applying different techniques byemployees can easily achieve all their goals (Aaltonen and et. al., 2010). The main challenges ofproject management are linked with achievement of all goals related with projects in specifiedtime durations. The undermentioned report is based on approaches of planning and their benefitsand limitations and opportunities which are linked with cost and quality of projects.TASK 11 Type of Project from case studyThe project which is used by JKB Bloggins Ltd was Equipment and system installationas there was increase in competition in auto-mobile sector and they were also planning to expandthere business activities thus they need to implement new and effective machinery on theirconstruction sites for manufacturing products. The project mangers have to recruit employeeswho can easily carry out their operation's according to advanced technologies and their targetsshould be achieved in desired time that have been allotted to them.2 Scope Management and tools used for subdivision of workThe scope management of projects is related with different set of techniques that ensuresthat the scope of projects are accomplished in desired time frames. The tolls and techniqueswhich are used in scope management are beneficial for supervisors and project managers in orderto allocate the right work to all their employees so they will achieve all the targets of projects i9ndesired time that have been allotted to them (Alam and et. al., 2010). The main aim of scopemanagement are related with controlling all activities of project which is part of this this specificproject of implementing new technologies and what is not.In order to manage the scope statement all the activities which are related withcontrolling activities so that new and innovative technologies can be executed at work place sofirms can easily expand their business operations.1

The tools which are used for sub division of work are critical path and gantt chart as theybeneficial in order to eliminate all the waste factors so that less cost will be required in order tocomplete the project. 3 Plotting projects through Gantt Chart and identifying critical pathIf all the activities of the projects are mapped with the help of Gantt chart then it helps indoing multiple task by breaking them according to needs of business, there is strong coordinationamong employees and they are working together in order to achieve aims and objectives ofprojects in desired time that have been allotted to them. Gantt charts are also used in order todevelop effective communication among the employees and they are updating the status in righttime (Anantatmula and Thomas, 2010). All the members of the team are strong motivated andthey are working for achieving the targets that have been assigned to them. This is also useful formembers in order to develop creative and innovative ideas by which they can easily completetheir operations.The critical paths are also useful task in projects as it results in completing all activities indesired times and also the waste factors are eliminated so that projects can be completed in lesscost then the actual cost.4 Successful implementation of projectThe projects have been successfully completed as JKB Bloggins Ltd were successful inexpanding their business operations by implementing new equipment and machinery and theywere successful in developing new and innovative products and their business operations weresuccessfully completed in desired time that have been allotted to them. Cited firms haverecruited skilled and talented employees who can easily complete their business activities.5 Managing changes in order to control projectsAt the time of making plans Managers haver to focus on designing goals and objectiveswhich employees had to achieve and if there is need to make changes in the plans then they haveto apply tools and strategies by which employees can carry out their working according to newplans (Bushuyev and Friedrich Wagner, 2014). The changes can occur at business at any timesand these are inevitable thus the changes can be easily controlled by analysing and receiveinformations about the overall changes, planning how the changes have to be implementedeffectively, recommending various ways by which these changes can be applied in projects andfinally decision have to be taken how these changes have to executed and these are beneficial for2
