INTRODUCTION
Management is the process of making decisions, organization of plans and procedures
for motivating and controlling the human resources in order to achieve desired goals of an
organization. With the help of this project the advantages and disadvantages of organizational
structure will be discussed and different types of organizational structure will be explained. This
project will help in understanding how marketing works in an organization. This project will
describe the roles of human resource on managing talent.

Organizational structure is the outline of the system in an organization which directs its
activities for achieving organizational goals. Advantages and disadvantages of different types of
organizational structure are,

operational control.
The ability of responding
quickly to the changes
increases (Sun and et.al.,
2019).
This structure is the most
expensive because it
requires specialization,
personal qualification for
leaders and double the
staff.
Conflicts arise more due to
difference in image and
quality.
Matrix Conflicts are easily
managed because of
enhanced decision-making.
This structure gives
promotion to the managers
with the help of increased
involvement.
In this structure the more
time is taken for taking
decisions due to its
complexity.
There is confusion
regarding the task and job
responsibilities.
Flat In this the decision-making
is very quick.
This helps in maintaining
All the responsibilities on
one person has many
disadvantages.
