INTRODUCTION
Management is the process which is related with the capacity of a person that how they
Handel, treat and supervise their employees in organisation to achieve the objectives of
organisation. They are number of characteristics which management possess in it these are goal
oriented, continuous process, multiple conditional, managing group activity, forces that are
intangible and many more. Imperial hotel is the organisation which is selected in this report. It is
located in London (Mamat, 2018). This hotel is built in their destination which was built in 1905
and 1911. in this report the study will be conducted on staff turnover in the company for which it
will conduct evaluation through different number of management theories, here the theory
related to operational management will also be used for effective management in firm. This plan
have includes three development report for solving issues related to staff turnover.

In the industry of hospitality management there are number of issues arise which can
cause major problem to productivity and working of firm. In contextual of Imperial hotel these
issues have their separate impact as there is the issue belated to staff turnover which is that high
where firm have no control and stats impaction on profitability of firm. This is high here because
of part time job facility (Bratton and Gold, 2017) . In London there is number of stents who are
there for study and with that they also want some work for running their expanses and hotel
provide them opportunities to work their because if cheap labour, but this will impacted
negatively on firm as after the complication of study these employees will go their home and it
increase the employee turnover ratio of firm. There are also same other reasons which impacted
on employee turnover ratio like bad behaviour of staff, extra working hours lack of motivation.
Some brief problems are discussed below:
Poor work culture: In Imperial hotel employee feels demotivation because of unhealthy
work culture. This is because firm have no control over the behaviour of superior staff .
For instance in Imperial hotel manager shouted on front-line staff or waited for their
small mistakes this will lead in dissatisfaction in mind of employee and they can work on
job with fuller efficiency and performance of firm will get down.

which acted as the reason of increase pressure on employees as they can't handle
difficulty task in organisation. This also acted as barrier for hotel in growth and expiation
of its operation (Loucks and Van Beak, 2017).
Poor pay and miscommunication: There is also a problem of poor pay management and
inaccurate compensation in firm. Communication is also bad in firm as there is lack of
innovation idea in communication and long delay in transfer of information because of
untrained staff there is also problem of irregular pay management in Imperial hotel.
Transport facility: Hotel is also facing the lack of transport facility. Firm have number
of female staff in there firm and they also receive female customer which have to use
personal expenses to travel in the area or to reach at hotel from various destination . This
is the major back drop of firm as it is question on safety of customer and female staff of

large number of competitor in the environmental who are waiting for competitor the idea
