INTRODUCTION
People management is explained the process which is conducted by the human resource
management for the purpose of attaining favourable decision for the organisation. The major area
where people human resource management is required to focus is recruitment, providing training
and development, giving promotion and many more. It is one of those department which allows
to bring working condition positive. Hiring skilled and knowledgeable candidate can be
favourable for the organisation in attaining the goals within the specific time period. The report
is based upon Nissan Motors Co. Ltd. which is one of the Japanese Multinational Organisation
dealing in the field of automobile manufacturing and many more. The organisation was founded
in the year 1933 by Masujiro Hashimoto, Kanjiro Den and many more. Headquarter of the
company is located in Nishi-ku, Yokohama, Japan (Wild, 2017). In present scenario, company is
famous for its modern features which they use within their automobiles. In context of the file,
various topics is to be explained which is related within leadership and management, training and
development and talent management. Different theories and models will be explained and how
they can play the crucial role. Also, recommendation will be given in it.

Operational Context of the organisation.
Leadership can be explained as the capabilities and the power which an individual has for
the purpose of influencing the other people for the purpose of accomplishing the goals. It is
necessary to understand that leader can easily allow the company to attain their targets within the
specific time period. While talking about Management, it is explained as the process which
simply discusses managing, planning and controlling business activity in a favorable manner. In
present scenario, leader and manager both of them has a huge important role within the company
if company is willing to attain its target (Taylor, Doherty and McGraw, 2015). In content of
Nissan Motors, it is necessary to understand that role of leadership and management plays the
crucial role in attaining the goals. It is necessary for them to do effective planning and try to
implement them so that problem will not occur. In operational view, management and leadership
can easily influence the organization, internally and externally both.
