1.0 INTRODUCTION
In the every organization or any workplace the proper management is important it helps a in the
success of any work and organization. The proper planning, organizing, directing and controlling
of the employee help the organization in achieving the objective (Gambetti, Melewar, and
Martin, 2017). In this project detail analysis about the Management structure and business
function, marketing function in relation to business success, Management function and how they
manage a business, talent management and organisational structure will be discussed.

2.0 Management Structure and Business function
1. Meaning of organisational structure
The every organization has a proper structure it is a way by that activities of the
organization are coordinated, organized and divided and also its helps in achieving the
organization goal. It helps in coordinating and controlling the performance of the organization
employee. It also created for the better communication and friendly environment if employee has
any problem so it can contact with the manager and if the manager has any so it can directly
contact with the director.
2. Meaning of management and theories
Management abided that administration and coordination of the particular task that helps
the organization in achieving the objective. In the setting of the organization strategy the
administration department helps and also maintain coordination between the employee for
accomplish the organization objective and the management theories guide the company for
increased the productivity, increased collaboration, helps in decision making and increased
objectivity some theories of management are as follows:
1. Administrative theory of management
The administrative theory of management is given by Henri Fayol in the year 1949 this
theory helps the manager to coordinate the organization internal activities. Fayol believes that the
managerial practices play a vital role in the organization efficiency (Edwards, R., 2018.). It also
believes that in the success of any organization the six function forecasting, planning, organizing,
directing, coordinating and controlling play important role. It gives the 14 principle of
management.
