The study evaluates the behavior of customers in using online stores based on gender, age, time spent, attitude, and average spending. The pilot survey result contains 50 percent male and 50 percent female. The result shows customers of the stores have an average age of 35 years. The study also shows people on average spend 9.2 minutes on the site. The average money spending is £7.24. The result of relevant statistical tests shows that time spent on the website is different between customers with more than median spend and those with less than median spend. Money spent, however, does not differ between male and female customers. Attitude does not have any significant influence on money spent. Age does not have any significant influence on time spent.
