2COMMUNICATION AND INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY
Introduction
The following report reflects on IT solution for two organizations. Out of the two
organizations, the first one is new registered organization located at CBD and the second one is a
mortgage broker located at Outer Suburbs (Khodakarami and Chan, 2014). The first organization
has 10 staff members and the second one has 8 staff members. The first organization offers a
large number of courses to students like a diploma, advanced diploma, and certificate IV. The
second organization continuously requires internet access, email and a complete suite of office
for its staff members.
In the coming pages of the report, an idea has been provided regarding various IT
solution for both the organization. Apart from this, a list of recommendation in terms of costing,
supplier details and availability have been provided for both the organization in terms of IT
solution.
Discussion
CRM for organization 1
A newly registered organization which is located in CBD comprises of 10 staff members.
This organization offers a large number of courses to various students. The organization can
easily implement CRM (customer relationship management) software for tracking all the
students of this institute (Nyadzayo and Khajehzadeh, 2016). CRM can be easily referred to a
certain number of principles and guidelines which is followed by an organization while
interacting with customers. From the point of view of the organization, this mainly encompasses
direct interaction with customers like sales and services related processes. The ultimate goal of
CRM is enhancing the overall experience of the customer. With the growth of the internet and
