INTRODUCTION
Business research is the process of getting detailed information in relation to all areas for the
purpose of maximizing sales as well as profitability. The study about a particular topic helps
organization to determine which types of products and practices are profitable for company and
employees. Talent management is related to identification of vacancy and recruit the skilled
candidate which can help to develop the organizational performance and productivity. The
business research can be done for everyone and every topic as it develops the understandings and
managing all functions appropriately (Mangusho, Murei, and Nelima, 2015). To conduct the
research programme qualitative and quantitative methods are used by investors which helps to
accomplish the goals. Planning is important for each organization as it helps to analysis what is
running in market and how to solve the problems. To understand about this Jaguar is being
selected that is luxury vehicle brand of Jaguar Land Rover. In this project researcher has decided
Aims and Objectives, questionnaires, and methodology that can help to complete task and
attaining positive outcomes.

Objectives:

engagement and retention for the purpose of increasing organizational productivity and

LITERATURE REVIEW
To critically analyse the contemporary HR practices that could be use by Jaguar to run their
business.
As per opinion of Mensah (2015), Employee retention and engagement is the critical
issue which facing by organizations while running their business. There are different
contemporary HR practices which can be use by Jaguar to run business by engaging staff such
as:
Performance management practice – This is the process of making sure employees that
activities of employees are completed for the purpose of meeting organizational goals. This is
important for each organization to understand the business goals and involve staff in each task. The
management of Jaguar should target and due dates are properly communicated to employees and
provide the appraisals for their good performance.
Recruitment and selection practice – To find out vacancy and select the right person
recruitment and selection is the main practices which is used by organization for the purpose of
developing their business. In relation to Jaguar identify the vacancy and select right candidates which
contributes in each function and mange task properly (About employee engagement. 2021).
Training and development practice For managing changes and performing well
employees as well as employer focuses on training and development that means to improve their
learning abilities. This is important practice for employee engagement as it builds their confidence to
work properly. In relation to Jaguar, management should be follow training and development practice
by providing proper training programme that can help to improve the learning skills and bring the
changes in their products or services.
Compensation & Rewards This practice is related to retaining employees at the
workplace for long period of time. According to this practice employer of each organization should
identify the problems and make efforts to compensate or provide rewards for their work. This should
be use by Jaguar by analysing employee’s performance and rewarding them which supports to attain
business goals.

talented people and reduce turnover by creating positive working environment. This is important
for organization to understand what their staff wants and how they will be motivated by
managing and working properly. Employee engagement means to share the organizational goals
with employees and contribute is Company is the group of individuals who collected to share
their views and supports to complete the task. For organization it is important to have proper
understanding about how their staff could engage in activity and should be follow properly. This
is important for organization to identify the needs and wants of their employees then make
efforts to fill them by managing all functions and activities. Jaguar is the large size automobile
company that manufacture different model of cars with the help of their staff. For running
business employee involvement and retaining are the main aspects where management should be
adopting specific theory and model defined below:
Employee involvement and feedback framework – This is a structure or model which
used by organization for getting involve in their goals and getting work done collectively. In this
model management of Jaguar should decide goals and share with employees by allocating work
between them by analysing their skills that can help to getting the work done and managing the
higher performance.
Motivation theory – This is prior model of engagement and retaining of staff at the

long period and accomplish business goals. For this, there are many HR practices such as reward
& recognition, motivation, recruitment & selection, and training & development are followed by
Jaguar company for keeping their staff. The benefits of HR practice are taken by selected
organization that are as defined:
Helps in engagement and development – HR practices such as recruitment and training
is important for business industry where all employees understand how work collective by
involving in each activity that develop the business performance. Jaguar is the large size
organization that manufacture different model of cars by involving staff in different activities or
functions that can help to develop the organizational productivity and profitability.

Recommendation
A proper talent management framework provides a company with leverage to increase its
source to value creation. Whether the company is complex or dynamic, individuals involved in
boards or the financial market always expect more from the market. Therefore, here are some of
the recommendations that the company can follow for operating their business in a smooth
manner.
The Jaguar should look at the expectations of their employees because with the change in
course of time it is changing at a constant speed. More precisely company should be concern
about providing a space to workers so that they can maintain a proper work-life balance (Amiri,
and Safariolyaei, 2017).
The Jaguar should have a proper lookout for their needs (what they are looking for) so that,
potential candidates can be selected from the masses.

From the report it can be concluded that talent management is the important process of
