Key Activities: We provide one to one training with our professional athlete. For body building training
which include diet plan, personal goals and other sports training like football, soccer, and rugby. In
addition, client can enjoy other physical activities like swimming, gymnastic and aerobics with other
people and gain opportunities to make friends. We hire professional trainer for our clients according to
their interest of sports. Our academy is open 24-hours so clients can access it according to their free
time. We have online fitness assessment plan for those clients who are outside the city. If the goal of the
clients is to be professional, stay healthy or lose weight we will provide the right plan for them. We have
our personal club teams that were trained to compete in professional level by organizing competition
between other national level soccer team and other professional club.
Customer Relationships: We will give the people shirt and short with the name of the academy with
registration. In addition, we will bring professional players to train in our facility so the players can learn
from the experience and can improve while practicing with professional players. The professional
players may agree to help because proper compensation based on the time provided for training will be
provided by making suitable budget. In addition, we will get agents and contact with scouts from big
teams to come and watch our players. Provide the players a tryout session with a professional or semi-
professional team. We will respect the player’s decisions and try to understand and be friendly with the
players. We will try to build long-term relationship based on trust and honesty along with hard work. In
our academy, we will create the professional and fun atmosphere to the players and provide all the
professional training they need to get ready for professional life.
Customer Segments: We will try to focus on Adult men or women aged between 19-30 years and juniors
between 10-18 years with dream of becoming a professional player. Healthy people, people interested
in fitness, college students, university students, and high school students will be approached.
Key Resources: We will provide cardio equipments such as treadmill, stair mill, and rowing machine,
spin bike, Jacob's ladder, ski erg, ARC trainer, elliptical. Weight equipments like leg press, chest press,
and assisted pull-up machine along with gymnastic equipments such as vault, uneven bars and single bar
trainer will be provided.
Channels: We will promote our academy through the famous athletes or by the people who are trained
from our academy and were selected to perform at high level. Promotion will be done by YouTube
channels, which have high views and more followers in the society. Promote will be done by giving the
athletes T-shirts of various sizes with the logo of our company. Some training videos will be created to
provide the youngsters with inspiration. We will create own social media and post videos and pictures to
motivate people to join us and be part of the family. Printed flyers will be posted at the soccer, football,
and rugby fields around the city. The universities and colleges website will be used to promote academy.
Cost Structure: Rent of space includes water, electricity, and heater monthly unless we buy the land.
Training facilities like turf for the ground with onetime payment method. Provide costs for equipments
such as balls, cones and gym equipment using onetime payment method. Salaries for staff, agents and
personnel that will be paid on a weekly basis. Cost of the drinks, protein, and water. Cost of the
canteens vending machine and payment of monthly insurance for the place. Weekly marketing and
provide advertisements via flyer, YouTube and Facebook. Pay once to create the website. Pay the
coaches weekly.

Revenue Streams: The good thing about our business is that most of the staff is paid for a day, which
means that the staffs are contractual workers. The money will come from different resources such as
from gym membership in which people can book the field for few hours of practice. One on one training
session will be provided with a coach for each person for one or two hour. Make contract with local and
small teams to train with us. Provide the right training to college and university teams because they play
at a professional level. We will be selling drinks and protein snacks along with protein shake.
Professional players can provide us with 10% contract after being signed. We can arrange for one-day
tournaments. In addition, swimming pools and boxing classes will be provided through additional
money. Personal trainers also contribute some percentage.
Value proposition: We are going to give the athletes professional level training because we are going to
prepare them to compete at professional level. Therefore, the standards of training will not be
compromised. We are going hire some strength coach for the gym by which people can mainly focus on
increasing mental and physical strength. To provide training for international level we need professional
staff that will raise the training level and quality. Every week we are going to allow players to have one
on sessions with coach so that they can talk about their weakness and insecurities. There will be a
separate gym for people for weight and strength training. For proper relaxation after workout, we are
going to provide them a Spa and Sauna facility. We are going to organize some tournament every two
months to identify the best players and provide rewards to motivate them for improvement.
Key Partners: Local supplements store will be a key partner to us. We are going to make offers to some
professional players to train with us as paid partners. A professional team will be sponsored by our
academy in exchange of providing contract to the best players. We are going to offer deals to local you
tube channels and fitness centers to promote our gym. We are going collaborate with schools and
colleges to get new talent and train them to compete at professional level.
