After the graduation the ideal job for me is Human resource Executive. As professional of HR always
brings strong sense of the understanding about the priorities of the firms. To choosing this as a career is
also because it is the very crucial for the growth of any firm (Binyamin. and Carmeli, 2017).
Professionals of HR are also known to attract due to the above average salary packages with several
other benefits.
Even if any kind of the advancement came within the technology as well as use of the automation have
brought a revolution within the working style of any firm ,the professionals of HR are there to stay.
Software cannot provide all solutions related to this areas as it can not provide a common sense as well
as intuitions that are crucial for hiring the new candidates. HR professional plays a crucial role within the
business of a firm as day by day firms expanding their business and for that they need new employees
for recruitment (Ma. and Lam, 2017). One of the reason I opt for the profession is that here I can help
several employees to develop their skills professionally as by providing them training
programs ,performance review tools ,exit interviews and many more ,these tools aids in designing
performance programs for the staff members,this not only provides the development of firm but at the
same time
This profession also provides me a sense of satisfaction as spotting someone problems and
solve them without anyone else can see it and at the same time taking some measures. From this
employees feel motivated towards their work and also becomes loyal to their firm. From this profession
it provides strategies to aids within developing communication between the managers and employees of

firm. As a HR Professional I work with new faces with almost everyday. I have numerous interactions
with several candidates during job interview as well as several employees when addressing their
complaints and questions. I like to work with many people and at the same time I am an extrovert who
loves to talk ,communicate with people so for myself this is the best job for me.

First of all I have done graduation in Human resource development from a repudiated
university ,it was a three-year course than I did masters in HR specialization from the same
university,so these two courses aids me to gain knowledge and skills about HR (Shipton. and Escribá-
Carda, 2016). In addition to this I did one year internship in a small firm that gives me experience about
relevant field and makes aware me about basic roles and responsibilities of the HR.

connected through Linkedln. It does not matter a person may be a business owner or a first year
college students who is looking for job can connected through LinkedIn. On this platform , people are
connected with each other through adding them as ''connections'' that are similar to Facebook's friend
request. Person can also connect through private messages as well as professional achievements and
experience that laid out within a neatly organized profile so that it can show off other users. With the
help of LinkedIn I can apply for the post of HR Executives.
Indeed
it is another source to get job. It is considered as a metasearch engine that is used for job
postings from a thousand of websites as well as employment firms that includes firms recruitment and
career web pages. Earlier Indeed was a recruitment and career web pages but after 2011 it allows the
users to apply directly for jobs as it is the capability to pull all the job listing from several other diverse
sources (Popescu, Comanescu. and Sabie,2016) . Anyone searched a job by using keyword such as
level of experience,job title industry and many more. It also added the services such as salary
comparisons,resume storage ,employment related trends, salary comparisons and news as well as user
forums. Through it I can find out my job easily.
