The main purpose of this report is to find the strategy that will help the individual to find the right job and thus have an understanding of that job. This report gives a brief about ideal job, job description, person specification and resources for finding job. l壱MAIN BODY l壱Task 2 Ideal job After completing graduation in human resource, the most ideal job which will relate to this is the profession in Human resource that is human resource executive. Human resource executive is the profession which has profound impact on the organization and assist it in various activities. Job description HR elective forms a major link between organization and the outside and the major responsibilities which relate to this profession are imperative (Gregor and Hevner, 2015). The HR executive is mainly responsible for Designing the compensation as well as benefit packages for employees in organization. Implementing the performance reviews and procedures. Besides this, another responsibility which HR executive is required to carry out is Development of the fair HR policies as well as ensuring that the employees understand and adhere to these. Implementing the effective sourcing as well as interviewing techniques. Another major responsibilities incudes Assessing the training needs as well as coordinate the learning and development initiatives for the employees. Monitoring the budget of overall HR department. Listening to employee's grievances and thus managing them through effective methods. Creating and running the referral bonus initiatives.
