INTRODUCTION Project management is the practise of guiding team members toward achieving certain project goals. This research is based on a small medium business lakend dairiesthatproduces fat-free and low-fat yogurt for persons on a strict diet while also providing a tasty flavor. this report include the information aboutthe aspects that must be taken into account while developing a project management strategy. MAIN BODY 1. Aim and objectives Aim of conducting this project is “To increase awareness about the diet yoghurt which reduces fat from the people body by intake of the yoghurt”. (Pellerin,. and Perrier, 2019). Objectives To increase employment by 15 and also increase the awareness about the diet yoghurt. To give easier access to the customers for purchasing the diet yoghurt. 2. Project management plan A project plan is a documentthat outlines the steps that will be taken to complete a project. It specifies a project's scope, objectives, budget, timeframe, and deliverable, and it's crucial for keeping a project on track.During the program development stage of the project life cycle, participants must accept a business plan until it can move on to the implementation stage. The key elementof the project life cycle is project planning, which evaluate andengaged where theygoing and how thegoing to get there. The project plans are recorded, the intended outcomes and objectives are specified, and the project timeline is established during the planning process. It entails developing a set of strategies to steerteam that enable theproject's execution and closure phases. This phase's plans will aidin managing time, price, reliability, modifications, hazard, and other associated issues. It will also assistin maintaining control over the staff and key vendors to guarantee that the work is delivered on time, on cost, and on track. Scope: The major goal of this reportis to increase employment by increasing the production of fat-free yogurt and raising knowledge about it. As a result, it can be claimed that it has a broader reach and can be advantageous to customers and managers in this context. Customers can receive important things in one spot, and managers can enhance sales. Quality will be assessed, and teamwork will be implemented. 2
Time: It is critical for a project manager to execute a project on time in order to meet deadlines and benefit all stakeholders. The total time to complete this yoghurt manufacturing project is estimated to be 10 days. Risks: The workplace environment is composed of a variety of factors, and changes can occur at any time. Covid-19 and changing climate are two common instances, and all these variations may obstruct project completion. To eliminate hazards, a risk management plan will be created, as well as a contingency plan with each stage. Cost:Cost is another important factor to consider in order to execute the project within the budgetary constraints. The project manager will receive £300 for completing this assignment. As a result, this endeavour to produce fat-burning yoghurt will cost £200. Resources: Aprojectmanagerwillneedavarietyofresourcestocompleteprojectmanagement successfully. Animals, human resources, technology, machinery, and communication tools will all be used to complete this endeavour. Communication; Because this is a large undertaking with a broad scope, communication is essential. This project has a number of stakeholders who are interested in or connected to it. Meetings will be held to communicate with internal stakeholders,communication will be used to communicate with external stakeholders (Mardiani,2018). Quality: Quality can be defined as the level of excellence. When it comes to design, quality is the most important factor to consider. They can proceed to add the yogurt and cottage cheese product in their product and services. Organisation can also proceed to provide the organic product so it will attract the customer towards their business. It is also recommended for the organisation to work in a collaboration with their rivalry organisation so that it reduce the competition for them as well as they will be able to earn more revenues in the market (Mohammed, Al-Jubori and Kasim, 2019). Company can also proceed to hire the best talent who possess all the knowledge and skills required in their work, for that reason they can go with to thoroughly follow the plan so that it will be beneficial for them. For the better productivity they can approach to provide better training to their employees or to conduct the activity for them, by giving rewards to the staff for their better hard work can also be beneficial to increase the work efficiency of employee. Company can also proceed to prepare the strategy which can help them to identify the possible risk so that they can develop the plan for mitigate, for this they can also use the technological equipment which can be beneficial for carrying out the task effectively as well as provide them better data to analyse the risk or to prepare the plan for overcoming it (Bredillet, Tywoniak and Tootoonchy, 2018). 8. Reflection factor: Regarding this project I have go through many process which helps me to develop new skills as well as it enhance knowledge in me. As before proceeding with the project process I was scared a I had never been through such situation therefore it is the first experience for me. But with the help of colleagues and higher authority I would be able to manage the work with this I learn the time management skill which s important to complete the work in organised manner or to complete it before exceeding the time limit. My confidence and communication skills helped me out to deliver my opinion and views for taking decision for the project. It helps me to develop the problem solving skills which is good for tackling the critical situation (Meredith, Shafer and Mantel, 2017). I was worried as how I will deal with the interview process but my interpersonal 14
skills help me out in this I collected the data from the participants and also I am the one who analysed the data for the better delivery of the project. As I found some issue while completing the working for the project in a assign time it was challenging but also beneficial in every term. Gantt chart was effective as it help me to prioritise the time as to complete the important work earlier, it also helps me out to solve the complex problem within the project. While working on this project I learn many things as how to arrange the resources for the project, as to initiate with the project planning. Overall I can convey that I will be able to carry out this type of project in good manner or to make the proper strategy to avoid any kind of redundancy which can be finding in this project (Kerzner, 2017). CONCLUSION From the above it has been summarised that for carrying out the project all processes plays an important role, as to manage the resources for the project.
