INTRODUCTION
The term team effectiveness means the ability of team to achieve the goals or objectives
that are administered by an authorized person or the company. A group refers to the collection of
people who are interdependent in their working, shares responsibilities for the results and also
view themselves as a unit embedded in the organizational system Knapp, Breitenecker & Khan
(2015). The Report is based on case study of Apparel Brands Pty Ltd. It was founded in year
1901. The company is a distributor and manufacturer of clothing and footwear. The products are
offered to customers under the different brand names.
The Report will outline the marketing plan for Apparel Brand for launching e-commerce
business that offer the facility to customers to design their own T-shirts.
TASK 1
Marketing plan.
The term marketing plan refers to the document that outlines the marketing
and advertising efforts for the future. It also describes the technique that assist
business to decide how to utilize the resources in the best way to attain goals of the
organization.
Value proposition -
The firm will offer various types of clothing to the target segment of
customers. It will offer outdoor clothing for male and female. It will offer outdoor
clothing for almost very type of active use. This will help customers to design their
own T-shirts. The quality of the products that company will offer is of the best
quality that is developed from the best quality raw material. One of the advantage
is that the clothing items can be used in different seasons by the users.
It will provide an opportunity to people to design the clothing items
according to their need. It will use value pricing strategy for offering products to
target segment of customers.
Target market -

It is defined as the end customers to which firm wants to offer its products.
Target marketing includes dividing the whole market into different segments and
developing marketing strategies for each segment to increase the market share
Chaffey, Hemphill & Edmundson-Bird (2015).
Apparel Brands will target the customers on the basis of age, income and
lifestyle. Company will target customers belonging to the age group between 18-45
years of age. The target segment will offer various opportunities to the company
for growth and development.
The way for collecting necessary information -
There are different ways in which company can collect information for
starting the e-commerce business for offering products to target segment of buyers.
Firm will conduct market research to determine the needs of clients regarding
clothing items Cross, Belich & Rudelius (2015). Further, employee’s will conduct
survey for gathering information regarding the taste and preference of people.
Further, it will also collect information regarding the policies of competitors with
the help of internet.
Consulting to another person with benefit from other expertise -
Management of Apparel Brands will take the support of consultant who will
guide in setting up the venture. They will also help to reduce the cost of
establishing the venture. Consultant will give advice regarding ways to attract large
number of buyers because they are expert in their field.
Steps to set up e-commerce venture -
The company will have to take various steps for launching the new venture.
Firstly, it will have to create an attractive website that involves various aspects like
content production, webpage layout, graphic design etc Dogan, Yurtseven & Tatık
(2019).
