Subject: Invitation to the team in the concern of attending a meeting.
Dear Team,
Hope you all are in good health. This email is to bring required notice to you people that a
meeting regarding the plans and processes of performance planning will be held on the date
of 10th February 2018. The timing of the meeting at present is decided to start at 10.30 am
sharp on the mentioned date. Any changes in the same will be informed to all before-hand.
The operational plan is attached herewith (Refer Appendix 1).

Meeting with the team
The objective of the meeting includes the discussion of the newly changed operational
plan that is to be undertaken in the working structure of the organisation. The primary
purpose of the conference is determined to be the active development of the performance plan
that is to be followed by the complete team. Along with this, encouraging the proper
understanding of the operational plan that is to be discussed in the meeting would be ensured.
The undertaking of the meeting would also ensure that the prior goals and objectives
are effectively implemented and the desired outcome of the same is achieved. The session of
the meeting would also ensure that all the team members thoroughly reads the operational
plan to avoid future escalations. The doubts of the team members regarding the operational
plan, if any, would be clarified during the meeting hours itself. Moreover, the discussion with
regards to the next twelve months of operation in the business would be taken into
consideration so that the effectiveness to be followed work is communicated to the
employees. The meeting would help the management to work with the team regarding the
sections included in the performance planning template, and the team would be asked to
provide the ideas on the same. The ideas which would be recognised as effective ones would
be taken into consideration while finalising the template.
