3.5 Lead the implementation of a personalised programme of support for children or young people Personalised programs include the assessment approaches that meets the requirement of a child at different-different life stages. For example – at infant stage, child needs to build relationship with mother and other care takers. This would make them able to involve with surrounding environment and regulate feelings of own as well.Similarly, it has believed like that personality of a child developed in stages, where each stage consists a unique psychological crisis (Massey-Chase and et. al., 2019). Therefore, if such crisis is met successfully with positive manner, then it develops maturity in kids with age. For this purpose, care takers and parents are needed to work in collaboration to be aware of needs of child at all particular stages. Along with this, for implementing the support program for a young people, care takers also require to be aware about sensitive needs as well as be positive towards them. Furthermore,practitioners also need to be aware of some reasons which are involved behind the key development requirement of each child. By understanding the same, including needs for a secure attachment of kids at their early years, better programs can be developed. By applying the cognitive behavior therapy (CBT), care practitioners can monitor the learning abilities of child, including how they response towards a situation, way they make interactions with others and more (Nicholls, Hastings and Grindle, 2019). This therapy considers as the evidence-based mental health treatment therapy which is provided for growth and development of a child.For example – if a child behaves abnormally or aggressively in certain situations, then through CBT practice, the reason behind the same can be extracted. Health practitioners can analyse if they are exposed to domestic violence or other activities that affect their mental development. So, using CBT approaches, proper assessment programs can be implemented that give support to them for improvement of life development. It includes assessments like Early Childhood Programs, Pediatric Health Settings and more, which would help in engaging child of age 1 to 4 mainly, in such activities that calm their behavior and help in growingabilitiesandlearningskills,whicharehelpfulforpropermentalandphysical development. For this purpose, taking support of healthcare agencies for conducting a survey on child development to gather information about such children who are needed support for growth.
