LEADERSHIP1 Leadership quality in Donald Trump, Richard Branson and Tiger Woods Leadership is said to be the relationship where one person tend to influence the behaviour of other person at the workplace. Effective leadership helps the organisation as well as country to grow competitive as well as strong. In order to become the successful leader, it is essential to adopt some leadership skills so that people get influence by the leadership quality. This is the reason several leaders have achieved the success across the World. The three persons named Donald Trump, Richard Branson and Tiger Woods has proved them in the name of great leader. All these leaders have followed the different philosophy that helped them in bringing the success across the world (Komives, 2016).It is true that leaders set the direction, they must also use management skills to guide their people to the right destination in a proper and effective way. Richard Branson born in the year 1950 is the well known entrepreneur. Some of the words that are associated with Richard are fun, creative, fast moving, anti-establishment, adventurer, warm, opportunist, workaholic and competitive. Due to its disease, Richard has decided to drop the school; and start its business. Due to the great risk taking ability, it is able to become the millionaire at the age of 24 (Shapiro and Bottary, 2016). Richard Branson proved to be one of the most influencing and most successful people. He has started showing his leadership skills at the age of 16 only. In an interview, Richard has stated that the leadership style of him is the rule breaker. It has the several kinds of personality traits and features for being the effective leader (Ahmadian, Azarshahi and Paulhus, 2017).It has always discussed that passion is the most significant element for then task accomplishment. Courage is also considered as the significant leadership and personality trait that means taking the initiatives and risks. By using the participative leadership approach, it has treated its employees equal (Royster, 2018).Due to this, they also have the freedom to speak of their opinions and ideas. It also has the love for learning as well as the open-minded attitude. If the employees and company will get the culture to grow, it will definitely grow in more better way. In its leadership approach, it has stated that if company will take care of its employees, employees will also take care of the customers in a better way. As a result, customers will also take care of the shareholders (Antonakis and Day, 2017).

It has the image of treating its employees similar as they deserve. It believes that charisma is essential in the person because it appeal to the huge masses of the people. Using this leadership style, I always bring the innovation and change in me that further leads to the further success. In every group project also, I perceive the importance of innovation. Several times, it helps us in bringing the success to our project. In addition to this, I have seen the weakness in my charismatic leadership. I need to work on my communication skills mainly. This will definitely help in bringing the improvement in my personality as well. Sometimes, I also feel that in order to bring the charisma in the personality, it is beneficial to involve with the group members. The proper involvement with the team members will lead to improve my knowledge as well as skill. Communication is the key to success of my business. Therefore, several changes are still required in me to improve my leadership skills. In addition to this, the behaviour of Tiger Woods was never giving. Similarly, I also required developing this attitude in myself in order to improve the leadership skills. It will help me in becoming the better person. In order to improve some of the leadership skills, I will bring or adopt of the changes in myself (Mishra, 2016). Firstly, for improving my communication skills, I will start participating in several group activities.Itwillhelpmeinmeetingtovariousnewpeople.Theengagementand communication with the several new people will also provide me the confidence that I need to require for becoming the great leader. Similarly, participation in seminars will also prove to be successful. I will also improve my talking skill that is the essential part in every great leader. I will also improve my risk taking ability. It will help me in bringing various changes in myself. Firstly, it will make me innovative and creative my in order to achieve something great. I also believe that participative leadership model also plays the significant role in the smooth functioning of the organization. By using such approach, I always try to give more emphasis on the talent, creativity, and skills of subordinate. It also provides opportunity to me in recognizing and determining the potential of people for becoming future leader in the organization. The reason behind considering me a participative leader is that I make use of the authority whenever it is needed. In the limelight of above discussion, it can be concluded that these three leaders have proved their influencing skills and knowledge across the World. These leaders have developed their personality in such a way that has proved to be the inspiration for every person across the world. Donald Trump main quality was the charisma in its personality as well as talking. In addition to this, it is seen that Richard was the risk taker leader. This quality in him made

Both these three quality helps the person to improve his or her vision in the mind of other person too. Leadership in every leader is essential whether it is political leader or business leader.
