Corus also processes and distributes its products to itscustomers all over the world and the company also focuses on innovating and developing itsproducts. It produces 20 million tonnes of steel a year and has a spiking revenue of 11 billioneuros. The company employs people over more than 40000 people across the world. Thecompany also focuses on the new techniques of building the infrastructure and using andefficient technology. Corus also make sure to recruit only those individuals who are very creative, hard working, know to work in harmonized organisation as they may request the employees todo operations in UK particularly in south wales (Renz and Herman, 2016).
