INTRODUCTION Leadership, a process which guides the individual, influence the behavior of workers, motive them to work with full efficiency and complete the task on time. Management is a process which defines the goals and objective of business. Management ensures that all the workers perform their work together accomplish the task with optimum utilisation of resources.. Present study is based on Wa-Pila hotel. It situated in London. This hotel provide various luxury services. This report will covers the various classical management theories. Further it will also include the roles of leader and his leadership style. This report will provide the review of management and leadership style of Wa-Pila hotel.
Different classical management theory Classical management theory :- this theory is mainly focuses on the economic and physicalneedsoftheworkers.Therearevariousclassicaltheories-scientific management theory, administrative theory, behavioral and contingency theory. ADMINISTRATIVE THEORY :- in 1916 Henry Fayol developed this theory. It emphasis on management functions. Democratic leadership style is the style which is used by the Wa-Pila Hotels to lead the team effectively as in the hotel and hospitality industry the main aim of a organization to provide the services to the customer and they used to face variety of customer with different background and the culture with different sort of difficulties faced by different cultured customer, Democratic leadership style help the leader at Wa-Pila Hotels to overcome that problem easily as under these leadership style there is free flow of communication
CONCLUSION After going through above report it has been summarized that there are so many leadership style and management theory which are used by the companies and Wa-Pila hotels uses the Democratic style and Participative management style as it is the best for them as both centers the employee in the style and organisation is having good man power. Report also summarized that the skills like Creativity, Feedback and flexibility need to be indulge by the leader in the organisation to have better result in future.
