INTRODUCTION
Management refer to such activity which manages overall process of the
company and also include the planning, controlling, organizing there day to
day activities which helps them to achieve targets within the stipulated time.
Leadership also had an active role in management of the company. Present
report is based on Wa-pila hotels and in this report it includes various
classical management theories. It also includes the reviews of management
and leadership style engages in hotels industry.

• Leadership plays a unique role in management of the company, and they
trained the employees and staff members to achieve goal with appropriate
results. The role of leaders in Wa-pila hotels is that he builds morality and
ethical behaviours among the employees.
• A clear vision is set in the organization regarding the strategies which is
designed by the senior department and also helps them to manage their
time and work, so that they can also spend some time for their family.
