Introduction
There has been enormous growth of the service industries in the past few
decades which is significantly contributing towards the GDP of the
economy. Effective roles of leaders and managers are required within the
service industries to mange and control business activities efficiently.
Report is based on three restaurant chains called Hazev Haz and Tas along
with their Partnership with Docklands Academy. This ppt discusses the
current and future management and leadership skills required by leadders
and managers to effectively manage their business operations.

Introduction
Service industries mainly comprises of companies such as retail,
transportation, food and beverage, fun and entertainment services
and many other service related business. It is also the tertiary sector
of the industry which is involved in providing services rather than
providing tangible. This ppt is based on current and future hard and
soft skills required by leaders and mangers to efefctively perform
their business activities.

Hard skills are the specific knowledge and attributes needed to perform
the specific job role. Whereas Soft skills are concerned with
individuals ability, personality and traits to perform the job work
effectively.
