Introduction
Leadership is term that is defined as an individual ability to influence, motivate and
enables others to contribute towards the organisational success (Harper, 2018). This is
defined as setting a new direction and vision so that proper aims and profitability can be
achieved. Management is term that can be defined as control or direct people that aids to
maximise the efficiency that supports to achieve organisational goals.
Therefore, leadership is one of the crucial part of the effective management as it aids to
influence and drive the group efforts towards accomplishment of goals. The present
report is based on business activities of restaurant chains called as Hazev, Haz and Tas. It
includes in 21 food and beverage operations in and around central London.

Following skill of leadership:-
Management and leadership skills is beneficial in order to bring effective working within
the enterprise. In order to maintain the today's workforce with certain skills and to
implementation of technical advancement successfully the staff to the firm must have
batter managerial and leading skills.
In this, Hazev, Haz and Tas is taking initiatives to develop communication process so that
advancement of technical advancement can be dine in proper and effective manner.
Critically evaluation on management and leadership skills that
staff has developed to change.

Define hard and soft skill and how it could be achieved.
Hazev, Haz and Tas is taking initiatives to develop core skills as hard and soft within the enterprise so that
technological implementation can be done in better mode. Thus, hard skill can be anything from being able to read and
working on to te complex software programs. Hence, soft skill can be termed out as to help with interpersonal issues
and to deal with people effectively. Employees within the enterprise are looking for the soft skills as personal
attributes, personality traits and understanding of social cures and to communicate effectively.
In order to undertake the implementation effectively, it is essential to have hard and soft skill within the
manager so that employees can perform their business activities in better and efficient mode. Thus, communication
skill and management skill are part of soft skill and it aids to perform the each things in better mode.
