external environment that can directly and
indirectly affect them and according adopt
the changes. In relation to Wa-Pila hotel can
consider these factor and then draw up the
conclusion as it helps to reach the result
successfully. For instance based these factor
organisation improvise the communication
skill or problem solving skill of employee
which help to minimise the external impact
on business. Hence, internal and external
factor due to which management style gets
affected are defined below:
Internal factor:
Constant change in the business
demand and alignment: Business faces the
pressure of change in demand due to
competitive pressure and moving of
customers. Although the existence of
innovation is essential for business but
company may experience resistance
from the side of employee. This affect
the internal operation as well as
management style adopted by business.
Herein, Wa-Pila hotel can bring the
required alterations by adopting
democratic management style as this
help the business to come up with
creative idea which can be utilized to
compete in an effective manner.
Employee Diversity: Due to diversity in
culture people of different culture,
attitude and belief work together in a
workplace. Herein, Wa-Pila hotel which
is part of hospitality industry and
provide various services like hotel and
restaurant to the customer to make their
experience worthy. For this training is
provided to the various staff together
and make them familiar with innovative
tool and technology they can use to
maintain the coordination and product
effective result. Thus, making the employee
familiar with innovation helps to maintain
the man generate style and structure of
business by effectively competing with
competitors.
