Leadership and management help business to work effectively
and efficiently. Management monitor and control the business
function and control over business activities. The report will
different management style and structure in a Wa Pila hotel. It
help to uses the new innovation and increase the customer base
by using new technology.

Wa Pila is has adopted classical management theory, culture
and leadership style that are as explained:

management theory.

more relevant.
 In leadership style, autocratic leadership style that helps
to bring changes by using new technology

Past Leadership
 In the past, Wa Pila has used classical management
theory that was considered as bureaucratic management
approach.
 Power Culture was being used by Wa Pila's leader due
to which conflicts was raised.
 Democratic leadership style has adopted in past by
respective organization that limits to make correct
business decision.

Future Leadership
 Wa Pila hotel is going to use Scientific classical
management theory in order to get effective results.
