In service industry, it is the ability of firm's management to
set and attain challenging aims, take fast and decisive action
when required, outperform the competition and motivate
others to perform at the highest level they can.

Different classical management theories
Management refer to the planning, managing organising and
controlling the functions of a company so that the firm can
run its businesses in an effective manners. In Wa -Pila
Hotels, the manager of the company can follow a various
theories of classical management, they are as following:

Scientific management theory
This theory is developed by F.W. Taylor and it focused on
developing the efficiency of each person who are working in a
firm. In Wa-Pila Hotel, this theory can be implement by the
manager of the company to maximize the the production with
the use of intensive technology and manpower are just
monitored as adjuncts to machines in the performances of
daily work.

Bureaucratic management theory
It is an another theory of classical management which
developed by Henri Fayol and Max Weber and make focus
to run the firm under a hierarchy of positions. In Wa-Pila
Hotel, the manager of the company can use applied on the
management of the organisation that for maintain the
principles, rules and regulations, trained administrative
employees and others.

Administrative management theory
It is also a type of classical management theory and this
theory is developed by the Henri Fayol. This theory is
totally based on the conception of departmentalization
which refer that different activities can be done for attaining
the shared goals of the company which is specified by them
and divided into different decisions.

as delegative leadership under which the leaders are totally
allowed to the employees that they can take decisions according
to their own mind set.
