effectively by motivating their employees to work smarter and harder so that the
company can grow and the organization can easily achieve their goals .

 Teams are one of the major tools for proper arrangement of work in the corporate
world.
 The teams have the capabilities to organize, relocate, amaze and disperse immediately
moreover teams are one of the most effective factor of employees motivation but it is
very important to believe the fact that the teams are formed and get mature over a
particular time period

The characteristics of a high performance team are as follow
1. Team member should have a deep and solid trust on other team members as well as in
the purpose of the team.
2. The team should work to achieve a mutual goal.
3. The members of the team should be clear on their working together and how they can
complete the project assign to them

performance.
 Team helps to maintain unity in the organization : The team of Bangkok banks maintain
a relation with each other and often helps in finishing each others work that helps to
